In today’s NFL, a great quarterback is the most important piece of the winning puzzle. This shortcoming at the quarterback position has been a big part of their struggles in the past several years. With quarterback Ryan Tannehill likely out for the season, a great deal of uncertainty surrounds the team. Many fans have criticized the Dolphins new quarterback Jay Cutler over the years for his lack of grit and mental toughness.
