Bio


Raphael Wald, PsyD, ABN, CC-AASP is a Florida licensed psychologist and board certified neuropsychologist. He is also an executive board member of the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology and a certified consultant of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.

Dr. Wald is the team psychologist for Lynn University and Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.

Dr. Wald completed his Doctorate of Psychology degree at the University of Hartford during which time he undertook full year rotations in psychology and neuropsychology at the University of Connecticut Health Center, The Veteran’s Affairs Hospital, and Harvard-Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He completed his predoctoral internship in Psychology and Neuropsychology at the Neurological Institute at North Broward Medical Center and his postdoctoral residency at Pediatric Psychology Associates in Coral Springs, Florida.

Dr. Wald is a published author, and has been practicing Psychology and Neuropsychology in Florida since 2010 and specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of dementia, brain injury, stroke, depression and anxiety. He conducts evaluations of adult and geriatric patients, in both English and Spanish.
