Managing fear after Las Vegas


The shooting massacre in Las Vegas left at least 59 people dead, more than 500 people hurt, and ignited real fear in people about being out in public places.

A man with a bomb detonated the device at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England earlier this year. Last year, a man from Fort Pierce killed 49 people at Pulse, a nightclub in Orlando.

And now, it’s Las Vegas.

The best way to manage your emotions is to ask yourself several key questions to help realign your excessive worry.
